Our Booking Terms & Policies
Cancellation
1. 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee.
2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service.
3. No-Show Policy: Failing to show for your appointment without notice may result in a full service fee and could affect future bookings.
Deposit
1. Required Deposit: A $5 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your total service cost.
2. Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled appointments with at least 24-hour notice.
3. Securing Your Spot: Your appointment is confirmed only once the deposit is received; late or no deposit may result in cancellation.
Reschedule Policy
1. Advance Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment without penalty.
2. Limited Changes: Frequent reschedules may be limited to ensure availability for all clients.
3. Deposit Holds: Your deposit will secure your new appointment date once rescheduling is confirmed.
